The Lac Blanc
Downhill ski area
The downhill ski area offers a total of 15 runs, a mix of easy and more technical: 6 greens, 1 blue, 7 reds and 1 black.
A 6-seater chairlift takes skiers from the resort at 900 m to the top of the slopes at 1,200 m.
The rest of the area is equipped with drag lifts. Each one serves a specific sector, so you won’t have to queue for long.

Skiing lessons for the little ones
Children can learn to ski at an early age, and Le Lac Blanc offers the little ones a fun start. The ski school (ESF) at Lac Blanc 1200 takes care of the youngest future skiers. They start off in the snow play area, with the Piou-Piou club, learning to find their feet on skis and practising snow-plough. Here, the magic carpet is an easy introduction to getting up the slope on a ski lift. The little learners have fun learning through play so that later on they can progress to racing down the slopes like the experts
A family-friendly resort
Families love the resort’s reassuring size and ease of access. There are no big crowds or long queues for ski passes. To help make your arrival stress-free, an information point is clearly indicated at the entrance to the resort. The specially reserved areas give beginners the confidence to learn a new activity. Le Lac Blanc is an ideal resort for a relaxing yet adventurous winter holiday.

A variety of activities
It’s all very well talking about a skiing holiday, but what if you don’t ski? Le Lac Blanc has been developing a range of alternative winter sports activities over the last few years, including snowshoe walking (with or without a guide), a mountain coaster (open throughout the year) and a programme of events and activities during the school holidays. A diversified offering that will appeal to a range of holidaymakers and that makes Le Lac Blanc an ideal getaway destination.

Year-round Tricky Track mountain coaster
In December 2019 the resort further expanded its offer of fun activities with a sensational new ride. In winter and summer, adults and children can now experience thrills (without spills!) on the Tricky Track mountain coaster. The sledges can take two people, so climb in and share the fun. The ride starts from Lac Blanc 1200 with a big bend before sending the sledges careering down a 650-m descent at a maximum speed of 40 km/h. A 7-minute adrenaline-pumping ride! And if the slopes are open to skiers, you’ll be racing them downhill! Tricky Track is just a 2-minute walk from the chairlift, so skiers and non-skiers alike can make the most of yet another winter holiday fun activity.
