Chevrerie des roches

This, goats(tackles) graze in free route(course) on 13 hectares, originally uncultivated(neglected), in side of mountain. The milk of 40 goats(tackles) and 2 purebred cows from Vosge is transformed in the farm into a range varied by farmhouse cheeses. Free-range pigs, vast henhouse as well as horses, ponies come to be added, for the pleasure of the children, calves(veal) and kids.

Farm of 13 ha enfrichés and today rehabilitated(discharged) in pasture, after vast pastoral operations. Herd total free cows / goats.

Productions of the farm: production of goat cheeses farmers (cool, dry, dry 1/2, specialities cumin, chive, pepper, herbs and garlic, pepper, Italian flavor), and cow (fresh(cool), refined, pepper, cumin).
