HAUT DE BÉLUÉ

The Haut de Bélué is a summit located in Rupt-sur-Moselle, culminating at 870 meters above sea level. It overlooks the Grandrupt valley and offers a superb panorama towards the East in the direction of the Haute Moselle valley, dominated by the Ballon d'Alsace and the Ballon de Servance. The site has a forest chalet open to the public, a playground for children, picnic tables and an orientation table that offers a nice view on the tops of the Vosges mountains. You can access by car about 300 meters from the chalet. From the center of Rupt-sur-Moselle, take the road towards Le Thillot. In the hamlet of Saulx, turn left towards "Vallée de Grandrupt" then in the valley, go up to the left towards "Site de Bélué". The road passes near Haut Pré before arriving at the Croix du Lait pass. At the pass, an unpaved path climbs to the left and leads to Haut de Bélué. There are only 300 meters left to walk from the barrier to reach this peaceful place. A path marked with the blue diagonal cross leads you from the town to the Haut de Bélué.
