The Schnepfenried, which is located at an altitude of 1040 meters and is near the Ridge Route, offers a magnificent panorama on the massif of the Hohneck.
Jean Mathieu and Nathalie welcome you for a relaxing and quiet stay at the heart of the massif of the Vosges. The Bed & Breakfasts were reorganized recently and combine perfectly a contemporary spirit and the marcaire savoir-faire.
Share a friendly moment at the farm table d’hôte. The products come mostly from the adjoining farm. You’ll be able to taste the Munster cheese, barikass, bacon, ham and all the products from the dairies and those related to the pork farming.
Particular attentions to the environment’s respect led the Spenlé family to invest in a wood-pellet furnace.
During winter the Schnepfenried is covered by snow for the great pleasure of the skiers. The ski resort is at only few meters from the inn. From there all the pleasures offered by the snow are available for you: downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, strolls in snowshoe and sled dogs.
