Fully appreciating a wine's true beauty, its bouquet and aromas, robe, nose and legs is not always easy; this tour, aimed at novices, provides an introduction to the art of wine tasting. At Domaine Pierre ADAM you will learn how to appreciate the Grands Crus wines of Alsace, using your senses of sight, smell and taste to assess quality in a simple, enjoyable way.
The restaurant you will dine in has been thoughtfully chosen for you: step through its door and let yourself be guided by your friendly hosts, who will artfully match the Grands Crus wines of the Kaysersberg Valley with a delicious three-course meal based on regional, seasonal produce.
