Because we believe in it, we’ve lived it, or simply because we’re curious, we all feel the need to unravel some of the mysteries of the Earth. It’s impossible to control all the elements of the world, but everyone can try to understand them and live better as a result.

Energy is everything
“It doesn’t feel right”, “There’s a spark”, “I had a good feeling about it”, “He was completely magnetic”. We hear these kinds of comments all the time, whether at work, in the street or at home. While most people don’t think twice about it, others are fascinated by the energy and vibrations of the universe in all its forms. Depending on each person’s sensitivity, being able to feel and understand this energy is a question of listening to the body and opening the mind.
Everyone has a unique vibratory rate, and variations can impact your mood, health or emotional state.
A feeling deep within
Some will say that it’s crazy to go the Vosges Mountains to fill up on good vibrations. No matter, it’s where our inner journey begins. We’ve come here to the Vosges to discover sites known for their high vibratory levels.

Between the peaks of the Haut-Koenigsbourg, the Frankenbourg and the Taennchel is a zone with a strong telluric influence. We go on a hike here, on the trail of these terrestrial forces.
The Taennchel or “how to experience a moment of pure emotion”
At 960 m high, the Taennchel transports us deep within ourselves. We fill up on good energy as we discover the site. The mountain is legendary, famous for its numerous “magic” rocks. A 15 km trail brings us up close to these mysterious structures, and we silently experience a pure, spiritual moment.

Fully aware
Far from the crowds, we take a yoga break to meditate and reconnect with nature near Mont Sainte-Odile. The energy is powerful and invigorating on this vibratory hot spot, both mentally and physically.
A sacred mountain to many, the Donon is an ideal site for meditating, and the panoramas are breathtaking.
Reflecting in Notre-Dame-du-Haut Chapel
On Ronchamp Hill stands an exceptional chapel designed by the architect Le Corbusier. It is one of 17 sites of the Modern Movement inscribed on the Unesco World Heritage list.
